Today I came to Peter and Alice’s Airdire home because there are reports of intermittent hot water and peter would like it fixed. Upon visual inspection I found the 9 year old system does not appear to have been properly maintained. There is a recirculation line that doesn’t work as Peter explains that it takes a long time to get hot water. The water pressure in the ho e is good at 60 psi however there is no water softener. Hard water drastically reduces the life span of a tank less water heater and causes damage to everything using water in the home. Scheduled to return this afternoon to perform the tankless flush on the system. No warranty. Today May 4, I came to perform the tankless flush. I cleaned 20 mins in one direction flipped the hoses and cleaned for another 20 mins in the other direction. Once the job was fully complete the tankless seems to run better. Peter is very happy with the service I provided today. Peter doesn’t have an email so we will have to mail the invoice.
