Carter has recently done a repair on the upstairs toilet. He replaced the wax seal and applied drain cleaner to several of the faucets hoping this would make an improvement so far he has noticed no difference. During the explore of the system, we noticed that the smell of the water is also quite prominent of Sulphur. This is indicating that this may be a water issue and not only a drainage issue to correct this properly a water conditioning system should be installed. We have noticed the upstairs toilet is heavily calcified on the inside, and should be repaired or considered for replacement soon. The sewer gas odour is indicating that there is a fracture somewhere in the drainage system. We would need to put a camera through the drain line in order to identify the source of this issue.
