Today I came to Just For you Day care because there was not hot water. The tank was installed just over a week ago. Upon inspection I found the existing hot water mixing valve he failed. This is original and must be replaced. Scheduled to return tomorrow to replace the valve. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25% restocking fee should the job be cancelled.
