Today April 17 I came to Vera’s home in Somerset to perform their yearly plumbing maintenance. The hot water tank is brand new and only a year old. Every fixture in the home is pristine and in perfect working order. The water softener is very old and will need to be replaced very soon. There are some issues with pressure fluctuating in the home when more than one fixture is used. This happened when we took out two tanks and installed one big tank. The old water softener could be restricting flow. I checked the pressure in the home and it’s a perfect 70 psi. This tells me the prv is in perfect working condition. I have emailed the plumbing inspection with the invoice today.
