Today I was called to the Marcos Atwood building, this call is because the mens washroom near the front office is not flushing fully and gurgles when it is being flushed. This is a separate branch than the one we worked on before so it is not a warranty call. Clients have decided to go ahead with the hand auger of the toilet - I have recommended the hydrojet as a more permanent solution to this problem. Due to the nature of the drain blockage there will be no warranty without performing a hydrojet flush and camera. Today I have cleared the blockage with the hand auger and flushed multiple times with no gurgling and a much stronger flushing power. This was demonstrated to the clients. Balance for this job has been paid in full. Ralph is very happy with the service provided today and would be even happier to leave myself with a 5 star google review.
