I attended Eric’s Cranston home to perform an ac plan service. The system is working well. However, I found that the condenser is very dirty as well as there is no mold mitigation for the inside evaporator coil. I found the capacitor is getting rusty and the contractor is pitted. I would also recommend a hard start kit to help prolong the life of the compressor because of the age. They decided to have the outside coil acid bathed and the gold condenser package installed.
