Today Jim was called out to Gord's home in Panorama Hills to perform an annual plumbing service. With this service I performed a tank flush and inspection. Throguht out the home I found high quality type A PEX with clear PEX piping. This piping stops at every floor with a water fixture. All connections look great and the dwv system throguhtout the home is draining nicely too. Mr. Gord told me about the humidifier being siezed causing the floors to warps and about the noise, I found it to be the blower motor flywheel. I adjusted it. Gord was advised we can return if noise returns.. I gave him multiply estimates for the humidifier and an estimate for a Pressure reducing system for his home. All in all the home is healthy and only needs some TLC. Psi within the home is 80psi.
