July 7, 2025 JW Removed and replaced the existing side discharge air conditioning unit. Installed new unit and replaced the lineset. Reconnected electrical and controls as required. System was fully tested and commissioned to ensure proper and efficient operation. All materials were supplied by Clearview. Worksite was left clean upon completion. Today I came to Sara and Shawn’s Douglasdale home becuase the ac system is not working again. 2 years ago the system was not working and the refrigerant levels were found to be extremely low. Upon diagnostic of the system today, I found the same problem. There is a leak somewhere in the system. 2 years ago the system was recharged with refrigerant and a sealant was added. Becuase it is low again now, there has to be a larger leak than a sealant can fix.
