Client called us out today due to AC not cooling tech went out. Tech found control board was not controlling the fan properly. Furnace was recently installed a few months ago. Tech replaced the control board under warranty and installed new one tested AC came on without issues tested heating came on without issues. Thermostat does not control fan on its own that is controlled by the ventilation switch just below the thermostat Which turns on the fan on the furnace as well as several exhaust fans throughout the house. Tech showed client’s wife on site. Client’s wife thanked us for coming out. System is working at this time.
