Today I came to Patty’s Quarry Park condo because she has questions about her ductless split ac system. Patty has explained that she had the system serviced last year and the unit is working well. She wanted to know if she can add a power head in the bedroom and also was wondering if the system actually needs ti be “tuned up” yearly. Upon inspection of the young system I found it works well. To add a second head in the bedroom we would have to replace the existing system with a multi zone system. The cost would be above $12-15 thousand and patty does not want to proceed with a formal quote. Patty keeps the system clean and will call us if it malfunctions in the future.
