Today I came to John’s Elbow Valley home becuase he wants to replace the aged water heater. Upon inspection I found the 75 gallon water heater services 1 zone of under slab heating in the basement. The current set up is not legal anymore as it needs separation between domestic and hydro bins fluids. The home is equipped with a water filtration system for the well water that John is upgrading. Scheduled to return Friday August 29 2025 to replace the 75 gallon tank. 50% paid today with the remainder due at time of job completion. 25% restocking fee should the job be cancelled.
