Today I came to Bruce’s Aspen Woods home to perform the annual family plan furnace tune ups and inspections. Clearview installed both furnaces in December 2023. Main floor furnace: Upon tune up and inspection of the 2 year old system I tested and adjusted the gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, humidifier, static pressures, tested and tightened all electrical connections, all safety switches and control board. The furnace is in excellent condition. The system is clean and all components are working well within manufacturers specifications.
