Client called about shut off to drain the outside hose bibs is leaking and not working properly. Tech went out confirmed shut off for the outside hose bibs is not working correctly and is leaking tech quoted to replace the shut off. Client approved tech cut out to old valve and installed new valve with a drain tested for leaks no leaks found water pressure in the home is 60 psi which is normal. Tech showed client how to use new valve. Client is happy and thanked us for coming out.
