Today I came to Jenn and David’s Lott Creek home becuase the main floor is quite cold. Jenn has explained there is a loud noise in the basement mechanical room. I was able to communicate with David via text. David approved that I perform the system diagnostic to determine the cause I the problem. Upon diagnostic of the 12 year old boiler I found it was not getting a call for heat. The loud noise was the axiom hydronic feeder that was set half way open so it was pumping continuously. I switched it to run mode and the system filled and the noise stopped. I checked the thermostat on the main floor that controls the floor heating and it was set to 10 degrees. I turned it up and the system fired right up. Upon start up I heard the system is full of air. Upon further investigation I found the air elimination device was closed. I opened it and it instantly started leaking into the floor. I had to close it again to stop the leak. The air eliminator must be replaced. The main cause of the c
