Client called about furnace not heating. Tech went out confirmed furnace blower motor has failed and possibly the control board as well. Tech called suppliers unfortunately both parts have been back ordered for months. Tech informed client and made a few options client went with a new furnace tech will order furnace first thing in the morning. Client paid 50% deposit and tech left space heaters on site. Tech informed client there is no charge for the space heaters while we are doing the furnace. 25% restocking fee and space heater rental upon cancellation.
