Today I came to Curtis’s Aspen Woods home because the boiler system started making noise when more than 1 faucet is running. This is because of a flow issue through the heat exchanger. The primary manifold must be replaced and the heat exchanger flushed before the manufacturer will look at any other warranty required. I have discussed the problem with management and with the manufacturer. Becuase the boiler was installed to code, and has worked without error, the manifold replacement and flush is not considered warranty and payment would be required for this service. I have sent Curtis a quote to perform the manifold replacement and system flush. Curtis has decided to leave the system alone and will let us know if the problem gets worse and he chooses to get anything done.
