Tech came out to perform heating maintenance inspection. Tech tested the heating system: checked gas pressure, temperature, exhaust fan amperage test, blower motor amperage test, flame rectification sensor test, exhaust fan vacuum test and a combustion analysis. Furnace is in great working order at this time. Tech found the humidifier is leaking. Much of the water was not going down the drain and instead leaking out the side of the humidifier. Humidifier pad is calcified however tech advised replacement as this type of humidifier may continue to leak even with a new humidifier pad. Client asked to just turn the water off to the humidifier for now.
