Today I came to Will’s Silver Springs home to perform the annual family plan furnace service. Clearview installed the second floor furnace in 2018 and it is still under warranty. Clearview installed the main floor furnace in 2014 and it is no longer under warranty. Second floor furnace: Upon tune up and inspection of the 7 year old, builder grade system I tested and adjusted the gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, static pressures, tested and tightened all electrical connections, all safety switches and control board. The furnace is in good condition. All components are working well within manufacturers specifications.
