Tech came out to perform heating maintenance inspection. Tech tested the heating system: checked gas pressure, temperature, exhaust fan amperage test, blower motor amperage test, flame rectification sensor test, exhaust fan vacuum test and a combustion analysis. Furnace is in great working order at this time. Tech also quoted to replace laundry sink faucet and perform duct cleaning. Client approved both tech removed the old laundry sink faucet and installed new one. Client is scheduled for December 10 for whole home duct cleaning of both furnaces with sanitization and dryer vent. Client also asked for a quote to replace all the poly B in the home four bathrooms, laundry and hose bibs check emailed quote. Client is going to check with her insurance company if they would cover any of it and go from there.
