Arrived onsite due to multiple concerns with toilet Provided solutions and client decided on adjustment of tank fill valve and repair of leaking shut off for now Tighten new packing into shut off and test for leaks no longer dripping Adjust fill valve to allow proper water level Recommend auger service to allow proper flush
