Today I came to Illana and Mike’s Mt Pleasant home because yesterday the hydronic heating system was heating the home too much. Illana had to shut the power off to the boiler and the fan coil unit. Upon inspection I could see no errors with the system. I reconnected the wireless thermostat and tested the system multiple times. My guess is the wireless thermostat was stuck on a heating signal and would not shut off. This can happen on some occasions. Should the problem continue to happen, we will replace the thermostat under warranty.
