Today I came to Jamie’s Kingsland rental property to evaluate the sanitary sewer after a back up. Jamie explained that the basement kitchen drain line backed up into the sink. Last week another plumber came out and augured the line to restore flow. Jamie is concerned there may be bigger problems and would like the line inspected. Upon camera inspection from the kitchen sink clean out, I found the line is flowing but full of grease. The line must be hydro jet cleaned to remove all the grease before further inspections can be performed. Jamie had to go on a meeting call but will call the office after to schedule to hydro jet cleaning.
