Today I came to Ron’s Altadore home to perform the annual boiler system inspection and tune up. Family plan boiler inspection and tune up: Upon inspection and maintenance of the 11 year old system I tested and adjusted the boiler, heat exchanger, ignition and flame rectification systems, venting and gas lines. Checked all pumps and zone valves, piping and controls. Check air elimination devices and expansion system. Tested glycol levels, hydronic feeder, and general system operation. Ron has taken great care of the hydronic heating system and has had it maintained yearly. All components are working well within manufacturers specifications. The domestic pump and system pump show an amperage reading slightly high however they are within the manufacturer service factor amperage rating. The axiom hydronic feeder pressure gauge no longer functions but the feeder itself works well and there is a system temperature and pressure gauge. I reset the timed maintenance reminder.
