Arrived onsite due to concerns with toilet not flushing Upon arrival toilet is flushing as normal I’ve let client know that soft clogs can happen even with new equipment but there is no issues with toilet at this time Didn’t charge dispatch fee this time but let clients know if problems are not warranty related then dispatch fees will apply
