Came out here today to Shawnessy for a service call. After performing an evaluation on the system I found cracked heat exchangers shown to homeowner with a camera. Went over everything with garard and he is going with a new furnace that will be installed tomorrow. He is aware that due to the health and safety concern with the furnace that it is being shut down due to safety concerns.
