Arrived onsite to clients home in mount pleasant for multiple concerns Provided multiple solutions and client decided on tune up special of furnace Furnace overall condition is okay Inducer motor is over amping and has leak coming from exhaust connection Tighten gear clamp to prevent future leak and went over repair costs of inducer motor Client originally thought home was built in 2017 but found furnace is from 2012 and inspected in 2013 making it 10 years old, recommended replacing system vs repair due to age of system Clients not interested in iaq upgrades at this time
