I was dispatched out to Roberts home today in Cranston Calgary to take a look at his hot water tank which was only producing lukewarm water. After a thorough assessment I presented Robert with his options and I performed a diagnostic of his tank. I determine what the problem was and presented him with the repair solutions. And he’s moving ahead with the repair and replacement of a couple different components on his tank. His gas control module and his flammable vapour sensor require replacement and he’s moving ahead with that work. We will have to have a technician return with the appropriate parts early next week to address this issue. In the meantime he’s aware that his tank may fault out again but he’s also aware on how to reset it in the meantime until permanent solution can be implemented. Robert is very pleased with our thorough diagnostic and the assessment of what the issue was With his tank.
