Today I came to Emily and Shannon’s Chestermere home to perform the annual furnace tune up and inspection. The home and furnace is only 3 years old and Clearview installed the ac system in 2023. Family plan furnace tune up and inspection: Upon tune up and inspection of the 3 year old system I tested and adjusted the gas valve, burners, gas pressure and temperature rise. Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor. Tested ignition system, inducing motor and assembly, blower motor and assembly, heat exchanger, humidifier, static pressures, tested and tightened all electrical connections, all safety switches and control board. Furnace is in excellent condition. The system is clean and all components are working well with manufacturers specifications with no further work required at this time.
