Today I came to Andrew’s Cochrane home because the combi boiler is dripping. Andrew has explained that after the hydronic system was flushed in February he found the pressure relief valve on top of the unit has been dripping. Upon visual inspection I found the pressure in the system is good at 23 psi when running. There are 2 pressure relief valves on the heating side of the system and only 1 is leaking indicating a failing valve. Andrew will replace the valve himself and is happy with my visit today.
