Today I came to Diana’s Okotoks home because she is getting quotes for a new central air conditioning system. Upon inspection of the 1134square foot home built in 1996 I found the furnace is original. The home will require a 2 ton ac system and a 60000 btu furnace to properly heat and cool. There is poly b piping throughout the home with no water pressure regulator and no water softener. The water pressure in the home is at 86 psi which is considered damaging. August 08, 2024: Arrived, removed old furnace, then levelled and placed the new furnace. Placed ac coil ontop and then tinned in the new coil to existing plenum. Changed 1/2” black iron gas piping and leak checked. Cored 2-1/2” hole and ran system 636 exhaust pipe. Verified for leaks. Rewired electrical shutoff switch and labelled.
