Today I came to Melissa’s home in Okotoks because her toilet is backed up. Upon visual inspection this was exactly the case. The toilet does not flush and when the shower is turned on the toilet bubbles up. There is definitely a blockage in the wye on the drainage that connects the shower and the toilet to the main sewer line. After going over some options with Melissa, she decided on no work today as the price to pull the toilet and clean through the floor flange was just a bit out of her price range.
