Client called about no heat, tech went out found the gas valve had fail. Client already replace both motors recently as well. Tevh suspects there is a issue with the control board as well. Tech made a few options. Client went with new gas valve and control board. Tech removed old gas valve and old control board installed new ones. Tested system. It fired up without issues. When tech was removing the control board tech found the original fuse was blown and someone had warped a small wire between the 2 prongs to bypass it. Tevh believes this was the key factor to why all the components in the furnace started to fail. From the system getting too much power. Tevh informed client and showed them the fuse. System is operational at this time tech adjusted gas pressure to manufacturing specifications. Tested for gas leaks no leaks found. 1 year warranty on gas valve and control board.
