We have used Hobaica for over 2 years now and they never fail to give us great customer service and the best maintenance and servicing you could ask for. They regularly check in with us regarding servicing and maintenance scheduling and are prompt and courteous whether by phone or in person. They always keep us informed on the services they have to offer and check in if we have forgotten to schedule. Have yet to have any negative interactions by phone or in person with any of the employees. Highly recommend this company!

Ian politely introduced himself and then proceeded to do a complete and thorough inspection of ourAC/Heating unit. He was courteous and mindful of his surroundings. When his duties were complete he chatted about maintenance plans and even though we already have one with Hobaica, he gave us further information of that plan that we had not previously known about and are planning to use. He showed us how an exemplary employee represents an already good company. Kudos to Ian!
