We always look forward for Justin's arrival at our home. He's knowledgable, Professional, friendly, and very thorough when examining Equipment Performance of our Condenser, Furnace & Coil, also Air Handler, also Electrical current draw, Outdoor Fan Motor Capacitor Compressor Current Draw, Refrigerant low and high Pressure (psi's) Heat Exchanger and other units of our whole house air conditioning system. Today, Justin saw some cactus growing on part of our roof (unknown to us) and quickly scraped them off, thus removed them them for us. In our opinion based on our past and current service by Justin...he deserves a 5 star Excellent Rating.
