The three stars is not because of Scott, he was just fine once he got here. The three stars indicate an hour late of the four hour window and I was very disappointed that I needed a part. The whole system is only two years and three months old. I did comment on that to Scott.

AC maintenance visit. Performed full air conditioning maintenance checklist, Checked air filter, thermostat, coils, electrical, capacitors, controls, safeties, airflow, temperature split, refrigerant pressures, motors and bearings, compressor and amperages, flushed condensate drain line and rinsed outdoor coil with water. System is operating normally and readings are within manufacture specifications at this time. Thank you for your continued confidence.
