The owner, Jim Jacobs, procured the new equipment for our home and personally came and recharged our leaking system at no cost to keep it limping along until his team could install our new Goodman Dual-fuel heat pump system. Within two weeks his crew came on a cooler than average August day and removed the old system, set and installed the new equipment and had the AC cooling our home for that evening. The next morning Eli Jacobs returned to finish the propane and exhaust stack plumbing, and test the propane furnace and the heat pump. Afterwards he took his time explaining the different aspects of the system and the routine maintenance it would need. I was very pleased with the professional look of the installation - both inside and out. He also took his time explaining the operation and capabilities of our wi-fi capable smart thermostat. Now, after two weeks of operation my wife and I are both very happy (and comfortable) with our new system. Thank you, Jacob’s!
