Call them Christmas eve evening with a problem with my oil furnace. Within a few hours the service tech Michael showed up and was pleasant and professional and polite. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue with my heater. To my surprise he had the parts on the truck to get my heater up and running this visit. Just want to say thank you so much to Michael the service tech and JC heating for giving such excellent service on Christmas Eve and giving me heat for Christmas morning.
