Jim came out on my 1979 oil heater for tune up. He explained issues with old heater and need to look at replacing in the near future with out pressure to replace but to budget for future replacement. He cleaned up and added needed air filter and furnace is running well and clean.

Again, I must congratulated JC Heating and Cooling! I called them in the morning to say that my recently serviced AC was not operating properly. They had come out 10 days prior to do a check-up and add refrigerant. They had a service technician at my house within hours!!!! He located the problem quickly, explained it thoroughly and quoted me a price to fix it on the spot! When he was done a short time later, the price was actually less than expected!!! It's nice to know that JC Heating and Cooling cares about its customers and is prompt and reliable!!

Jim was great! On time, professional and honest. He was very patient with my many questions and gave me all the info I needed. He was also very friendly and good with all of my pets, (birds, cat, dog). He was respectful and knowledgeable. I was very happy with my experience!
