Arrived on site to perform an annual tune up on propane boiler. After our initial inspection we did not notice anything that stuck out to us as it’s a fairly new install. We provided estimates to do a tune up on the boiler and to flush the water heater tank. Only the tune up was accepted. We started by turning the power and gas off. Inspected the hot surface igniter. Looked good. We then verified that the blower motor capacitor was still good. Tested well within tolerance. Restored power and test ran the unit to perform an amp draw on the blower motor. It was a little higher than what was rated on the nameplate. Nameplate states 1.1 amps and we were reading 1.3 amps. Shouldn’t be an issue but something to check on next visit. Performed a combustion analysis. Well within specification per the manufacturer. Disconnected and cleaned the condensate trap and condensate pump. Rinsed off the condensate media and reinstalled pump. System is operating well at this time. Thank you for your bu
