Chuck and Chaz were very professional and courteous. They showed up at 8:30 and called to let me know they were on the way and did I fantastic job of the instillation of the air conditioner and the sync with the Furnace . I had a broken ankle 3 months ago and have a lawn service cutting my grass but they took this week off for a vacation. So I was using my lawn mover to cut on the flat areas but knew in could not do the back hill . Chaz saw me walking behind the mower and asked me that he could do the back hill for me while they waited for the electronics to sync up and he did It. My ankle has not healed yet so I greatly appreciated the offer. So when I will tell people about Krane heating I will say great price. Great service and they truly have great people working and are considerate and helpful to their customers. Both guys are keepers for your company They are truly a asset for you I will tell people they go well beyond their job for customer satisfaction

Last year we had a furnace replaced by Krane. When we discovered we needed to replace another furnace I called Krane first. Their price, timeliness, and quality of service, we’re deciding factors for choosing them again. Furnace went out on Sunday night, called Krane Monday morning had a new furnace installed that day by noon. Decided to replace our 30y/o A/C unit as well. That was installed by noon Tuesday. Great team! Great service!

Had two Bryant furnaces and AC's installed - very happy with entire process. Steered me to a Michigan energy efficiency contact to take advantage of financing the entire cost of the job. Upgraded to higher efficiency AC due to higher rebate offered. Project pricing was not the lowest of the bids, but was impressed with links to upgraded better units at minimal cost and to the low rate financing sealed the deal.
