Technician showed up within 15 minutes of first contact with a smile on his face ready to get the job done. He noticed we were a young couple who might not know much about furnaces so he took his time and walked us through his troubleshooting and repair process and made sure we knew how to do proper schedule maintenance for our unit so we would not have to call them back out for a re-repair! Thank you for a great experience we will be recommending to all friends!

Daryl came short notice within around an hour after I called with an emergency on a weekend near closing time .He called me ahead of time and even tried to troubleshoot the problem on the phone for me before he came. He was very professional ,kind, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend him anytime! he is great at what he does! Please give him a raise, because he would not except a tip from me!!!

Krane was the 3rd company we met with out if 6. From all the consultation meetings, the one with Jeff was our favorite because we felt his sincerity and respect for our need. It turned out that their offer was not the best deal. We called Jeff back and he sure did what he can to match the lowest bidder. Closed the deal and 2 days later, our new furnace and air conditioner were installed. The installers called at the time range promised and arrived as expected. Adam, Kevin and Austin were very friendly, respectful, professional, and very knowledgable of the whole process. After installation, Adam gave us a run through of the equipment installed, changing the furnace filter and humidifier pad, venting, drainage, thermostat, etc. Our Nest thermostat wouldn't work after they relocated it and came to the conclusion that it was broken. Their Nest technician came on the phone explaining what may have happened and gave the best suggestion. They cleaned up after working and left us with the "smell of success." (We asked them if the smoke and smell coming out of the vents were normal.) We highly recommend Krane to anyone who is in the market for a new HVAC system.
