To start, Ben was on time. Came inside after putting floor protectors, introduced himself then asked a few questions if I was experienceing any problems I mentioned a few and he gave suggestions. Ben was very thorough in inspecting each unit and gave a suggestion as to how to set the temperature so that the upstairs and downstairs worked together. As he was leaving I requested his business card.
