My service appointment today with Lee Heating and Cooling for a tune- up and inspection of my 3yr old systems from them went great. Free of stress and pressure . I was fortunate to have Alley Hopper for my Technician. He was very professional calling before arrival giving me his name and ETA & A picture as well. Upon on time arrival he respectfully stood back from the door introduced himself and the Company he worked for which allowed me to feel comfortable and safe no. 1 importance when letting some one in your home. He presented a good appearance , and was friendly and pleasant ,slipped on his shoe covers very appreciated. He began his check and service work . I had several questions , which he answered . Very informative . You could tell he was knowledgeable at his profession He then checked the out side unit . I ask him about the difference of the membership which I usually purchase each year and the A/C tune up and inspection that I chose to do instead . He politely explain to me the difference and answering all my questions very informative . I then realized the membership gave so much more service of the unit . With the information I was able to make an informative decision. I chose the membership again. He finished his work with quality. Cleaned up. I am thankful for Albey . It is so important to have a trustworthy service technician that is knowledgeable in his profession , and gives quality work. He finished his work in a timely manner.
