Ben was very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns. he even asked me if there was anything else he could do to help me since I had just recently had surgery. he explained everything very thoroughly so that I could understand exactly what he was doing to my system. if he were my employee, I would definitely give him a raise! he deserves it.

Our 9 year old Lennox 3.5 ton system was failing prematurely and needed some costly repairs. Pulling too much startup current, frying wiring and capacitors plus the fan was going out. Rather than invest several thousand in propping up the old system I elected to invest in a new Reeme system and I am glad I did. Lee HVAC made it easy for me; zero percent financing for 18 months and I will have tge new system paid off hopefully by end of the year. New system is quiet, plenty of power for our 1850 sq/ft home, efficient and the install was perfect, they replaced some water damaged plywood, cleaned out the water damaged air handler closet and did it all in about 4 hours! Enjoying the peace of mind knowing we have a solid system now going into another hot Florida summer!

Dripping water service call. Checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Compressor amps high, evaporator needs cleaning, Dripping condensation from evaporator. Needs cleaning,
ACTU on 2019 carrier infinity series, and 12000 btu Mitsubishi mini split. Recommend replacing filters monthly, washing filters in mini split monthly. Recommend cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning. Drain line was extremely impacted, vacuumed and flushed, drain line should be treated monthly

ACTU on prepaid mailer, cleaned drain line, checked temperature split, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Drain line dripping from ahu, found drain line extremely loose, cut drain removed 3/4 male pipe thread. Added pipe thread sealant and reglued fitting. System fully operational and no problem found. Recommend cool club for annual maintenance and cleaning.
ACTU on 2011 Goodman straight cool electric heat. Evaporator is deteriorated and brittle from previous cleaning, blower wheel covered in dust build up. Cleaned drain line, checked temperature split and charge. Corrected charge. Checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components.

No cool service call 2015 Goodman gas electric, reset wet switch. Tightened all connections. Checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Vacuumed drain line clean. Corrected charge with 410a
No cool service call, found compressor not running. Tested and replaced 45/5 dual cap. Contactor is pitted and chattering. Recommend replacing. System fully operational
