Been dealing with Lee Heating and Cooling for a few years now. Always exceptional service from Lee's appointment staff. Chad Brown has been our requested technician (which most local places here don't always do). He's thorough, picky about his work and a neat freak. He wipes every thing down and leave no signs of being here (except for a clean working unit). Chad is very professional, on time, personable and extremely knowledgeable.

1st pm on cool club, cleaned treated and flushed drain line, checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. System is extremely clean and running smoothly. Next PM in 6months.

System fully operational and running smoothly. Next PM in 6months.
ACTU on prepaid mailer, cleaned drain line, inspected Ahu, checked temperature split and charge, checked Amp draw and voltage on all start and run components. Replaced 40/5 & signed up for cool club. First PM scheduled for this fall.
