Jeff came today to do the annual service on my AC unit, he has been here before. He is the nicest guy and always goes above and beyond. He is friendly, professional and knowledgable of his craft. It is a pleasure to have him here to do work. Anthony assisted and is also very nice! I think I will request Jeff next year just because he is so great! Even though all of your guys are good, Jeff is especially good!

The Princeton Fuel Oil service person was friendly and did a thorough job of putting the equipment into top shape. Finding and clearing a clogged drain pipe in the A/C unit probably save a lot of grief later on.

It was great to have Ron back to provide our service today. He remembered adjustments that he had made in the past which had reverted to factory settings when a new circuit breaker had been installed on January 1, 2019. Ron also carefully explained what he had done and why, giving me confidence that I was unlikely to have the problem reoccur.
