Had an inspection done on a leak inside the unit. Gio the technician found the crack in the drip pan and did a short term fixed to see if it will correct the crack. Recommended longer-term to replace the pan.

Our cold weather has become unbearable for me. While researching my options for heat I came across Southwest HVAC and purchased 2 Daikin Endura mini split units. All the installers were polite and enjoyable to have in my home. The customer service team answered my questions and forwarded messages to my sales person as needed. I met the owner of the company, Julio, a very nice, knowledgeable man who prides himself and his company on quality and service. Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups along the way. I think Southwest HVAC struggled to understand the requirements of my HOA and the contract to work here as a vendor. My salesman didn’t communicate well with my contractor or the installers which caused delays and added expense to their budget. Fortunately, the hiccups have been overcome and I’m positive things will go much smoother on their next job in my complex. We’ve had such a mild summer that I haven’t had an opportunity to use my new heat pumps, but the first time I’m looking forward to the winter and keeping warm and toasty. I definitely would refer Southwest HVAC to my friends and neighbors.
