Pablo was courteous and thorough in his maintenance. He took the time to show me the condition of my equipment and offered recommendations. Since it was over 6 months since it's installation I agreed to go with a chemical clean for additional cost but he was able to get a discount with a call from manager approval! Would recommend him and Southwest HVAC again. Love my Daikin mini split system.

Great company… Great service… Angel from Southwest come out to look at our 1930s heater we had in at our home… He went over our options… We replaced that with a modern efficient gas heating system… The job was a bit complicated because new ducting had to be installed… The team did a great job… Clean and efficient… The new heater works great… I highly recommend Southwest for heating and air-conditioning needs… We're going to look at having them come back and install a split system in our bedrooms for AC as well.
