We had a lot going on, stemming from a flood in our basement and two aged toilets that needed replacing. As in past experiences with Summers Quality Services ("SQS"), we didn't think twice about enlisting their help, and they rose to the occasion as usual! They responded promptly, evaluated the situations expertly, offered some great ideas for remedying the problems, stayed in touch regarding orders of fixtures and so forth, and installed everything with knowledgeable and careful workmanship, cleaned up the work sites, and did NOT charge us an arm and a leg. Everyone was wonderful, but we'd like to give a BIG shout-out to Oscar and Vin, who not only did their jobs impeccably but took the time to answer our questions and even explain and demonstrate certain aspects of the job! SQS's personnel -- in the office and in the field -- are high-quality, personable, and very on-the-ball. We wish there were more businesses out there that are run like this! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
