Will met me over at my house while I took an extended lunch break. Tiger was great to work around my schedule! Will and I looked at and discussed multiple areas of work. He had valuable insights on the areas that we discussed as far as air duct cleaning procedures and also some of the plumbing concerns I had as well. He showed interest in the family and their needs which he circled back to when discussing different service options. As a whole, the visit was super informative, no crazy sales pressure and all around professional and pleasant. Although the bids came in a bit higher than expected we will definitely be reaching out when ready to move forward (we had no clue what these services would cost)
